The second half of the Easter holidays provided us with some really lovely weather, so whilst my husband unfortunately had to work most of the time, the girls and I spent lots of quality time together having adventures and soaking up the Spring sunshine (I do love working for myself – I feel very lucky to be able to take the school holidays off to spend with my three monkeys).
Here is what we’ve been up to:
Day 401: Spent the afternoon adventuring and exploring with my girls at Wolseley Wildlife Centre in the sunshine.
Day 402: We’ve got Sophie for the weekend and I always try and capture Neil with all his girls. Everyone protests profusely every single time but I know they’ll be grateful for the photos when they’re older.
Day 403: Blew the cobwebs away out in nature at Birches Valley
Day 404: Heart-shaped sunglasses rule, especially when they make a day full of running errands that little bit more fun
Day 405: A picnic with the girls overlooking the lake at Trentham Gardens, followed by looking for treasure in the fountains, playing in the adventure playground and eating ice cream in the sunshine
Day 406: Sunrise on my walk to the train station to see my London clients
Day 407: A quiet ten minutes spent one-to-one with Lola doing one of her most favourite activities
Day 408: Surprise delivery of these beautiful flowers from my husband!
Day 409: The girls and I discovered and explored a new park today. The zip-wire was the definite favourite!
Day 410: Spent the day with my beautiful cousin and her gorgeous family – never enough time together and always far too long in between visits but lots of love and laughter is always shared when we do meet up.
