My laptop has died 😭 The screen is cracked, the space bar is broken soeverythingitypelookslikethiswhichisveryhardtoread, and it doesn't charge properly.

It's making it really quite challenging to communicate with my therapy clients and I can't edit any photos either. (Thank you to everyone who is being so extraordinarily patient and understanding with me 🙏).
.
My new laptop arrived today and I'm feeling a bit anxious about setting it up and transferring everything over... 🤞 it'll all be ok.
.
In the meantime, here's an image from last month - I love the soft light, and the simplicity and serenity it evokes.

Currently solo parenting three teenagers whilst ru

Currently solo parenting three teenagers whilst running three businesses and the overwhelm of all the emails // to-do lists // schedules to remember is real. I'm getting by with a/ lots and lots (and lots!) of deep breathing and b/ channelling my youngest daughter's wall of positive affirmation quotes to help me through. Plus, you know, taking five minutes to capture a self portrait in her (very smudgy) mirror because I promised myself I'd do one every month and honouring that feels important.

After travelling in Australia for a year, I spent three months hitch-hiking my way around NZ and it was honestly one of the best things I've ever done. The experiences I had, the memories I made, the people I met, the stories I could tell... they'll all stay with me forever.
.
I look back at 20yo me and marvel at her bravery. She did what she wanted. She didn't let other people's opinions stop her. She went all-in, with everything. I think maybe 40yo me needs to reconnect with her. She's pretty ace.
.
1/ Post bungy jump pride
2/ Pre-bungy nerves
3/ Mid-bungy! (Quite proud of my dive. The girl in front of me got pushed off)
4/ Kawarau Bridge
5/ Queenstown, NZ
6/ Did it!
7/ I also did a skydive
8/ And hiked across a volcano
9/ And went to the southern-most tip of the South Island (nothing beyond that except Antarctica)
10/ And the longest place-name in the world!
