There has been a LOT of stuff going on at home recently and as a result some things have had to take a backseat whilst my attention has been elsewhere. I’m ever grateful for this little project – even though I took these photos several weeks ago, it’s so lovely looking back and remembering the moments that prompted me to press the shutter (or the button on my phone – I’ve had a bit of a block on picking up my camera recently so some of these are phone photos).
Joyful moments form the start of October…
Day 211: A sunrise like this is a pretty good way to start the month of October
Day 212: October sunsets 🙂
Day 213: Lola and her friend at school wrote a poem and it got published in a book. Lola received her copy of it today – look how proud she is!
Day 214: Sunrise, and my Mum arriving for a visit
Day 215: Took my Mum to see the house we’re buying and we explored our new neighbourhood park. I think we’re going to like it here.
Day 216: A wander around Trentham Garden Centre plus tea & cake in the sweetest little tearoom afterwards
Day 217: Mimi was off school poorly today and whilst it’s never nice seeing them feeling ill, I do love getting an extra bonus one-to-one day with them. Plus this sunset was so pretty.
Day 218: “Make sure you smile”
Day 219: After days and days and days of rain, walking to school with blue skies and sunshine was rather lovely
Day 220: Sunset
