Happy moments from early May: birthday celebrations, beautiful sunrises and late night performances.
I’m working to catch up on, well, pretty much everything in life at the moment. It’s been a whirlwind month in all sorts of ways but I’m ready to get my head back in the game now I think.
Looking back on these I’m so pleased that I captured them amidst the chaos. Taking those moments to document something that matters is only a fragment of my day but the memories last a lifetime.
Day 61: Getting in the frame with these girls, even if it is only a photo from my phone.
Day 62: Playing with shadow and light
Day 63: Bank Holiday Monday, a successful shopping trip with the girls and saying yes to playing on the park afterwards
Day 64: Siblings
Day 65: My birthday! The husband and I went out for a rare date night dinner together, and he gave me this beautiful book that has been on my wishlist for ages. I can’t wait to dive into it!
Day 66: Sunrise (and a visit from my lovely Mum)
Day 67: Second date night – seeing Olly Murs live in concert!
Day 68: Watching this one perform on stage at our local theatre for the first time – she had a huge smile on her face the whole time and I’m so proud of her
Day 69: Another beautiful sunrise
Day 70: The sky has been really spoiling us recently – what a way to start a Monday morning
